Voucher Policy

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the voucher will become void and the full value will be forfeited.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit of the treatment value is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 50% will be charged in-store at your appointment.

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Changes or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
If 48 hours’ notice is provided, your deposit can be transferred to your rescheduled booking.
