We use an online booking system called Timely. Timely is very convenient way for you to make a booking directly online.

Blossom Beauty & Day Spa Etiquette
As we want to provide you with a relaxed and calming environment, please ensure all mobile phones are on silent and you arrive 5 minutes prior to appointment time.
Voucher Policy
Please give at least 48 hours notice of any appointment changes or cancellation. If this condition is breached twice, the voucher will become void.
Booking & Cancellation
We require a deposit of 50% of treatment value when booking. This is non refundable. The remaining 50% will be charged in store.
Please give at least 48 hours notice of any appointment changes or cancellations.
Treatment changes with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded and you must pay deposit for the rescheduled appointment.
You will not be charged another deposit for your rescheduled appointment if 48 hours notice is given.
